- communicating language is Russian – that’s the tradition;

- the form of addressing the superiors: by name and patronymic and "thou", the other team members – as you like better;

- most important are mutual support and understanding of the team members;

- parting with the company should be arranged properly. We ask from an employee that the initiated projects are completed. Thus should be done when you join us or leave us;

- we spend most of our life at work, so it must not be spent for nothing.
